Blair is an Investment Advisor at Capital Financial where she partners with institutional investors to align their portfolios with their broader missions and helps individuals design financial and retirement strategies that support their long-term goals. She values building genuine relationships with her clients and creating plans that feel both thoughtful and personal.
Prior to Capital Financial, Blair spent several years working in corporate financial consulting at FTI Consulting in their DC, San Francisco, and New York offices. While at FTI, she focused on partnering with major US corporations across merger integrations, FP&A optimization projects, and various other strategic and operational initiatives. Blair then spent multiple years working in the tech industry at Meta, where she worked across their sports partnerships organization and partnered with the US major league sports entities to optimize their monetization and platform strategies across Meta’s family of apps.
Blair graduated from the University of Pennsylvania, Wharton School of Business with a Bachelor of Science in Economics and a concentration in Finance. Jim isn't the only athlete in the family; while studying at Penn, Blair was captain of the women’s swim team. She holds a Series 65 license.
Based in the Washington, DC metro area, Blair enjoys spending time outdoors with her husband and loves the opportunity to learn from—and work alongside—her dad at Capital Financial.
